USPS Concerns

he Denver Postal Customer Council is committed to helping the mailing
community develop a better working relationship with the US Postal
Service. To that end, we have created some suggestions for
you in overcoming some of the more common problems you may encounter
when dealing with the US Postal Service.
The US Postal Service has one of the most used sites on the internet.
USPS.COM is one
of the most extensive sites you could imagine. This site answers
questions regarding everything from how the mail gets delivered
to your address, to how
to do a direct mail campaign , to what is the specific
regulation regarding a mailing . If the information you
are looking for isn't on the USPS site, it probably doesn't exist.
The Postal Service site is designed to service every possible USPS
user, so it is quite extensive. If you can't find what you
are looking for, I would
be happy to help you find it .
If you are having a problem with a specific person or office of
the US Postal Service, it is best to call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
This is a call center with representatives who are trained to help
you find the solution to your problem.
If you are having a problem with mail delivery to you, or having
problems with a regulation or some process that the USPS makes you
do, or does themselves, your local PCC (Postal Customer Council)
is the place to turn. In Denver, Colorado, you have
already found where you want to be. If you are not from the
Denver Metro area, try clicking here.
